These terms apply when you buy or pre-order Nowhere products from Mowear Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), through this website.
Orders and pre-orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation by email. A pre-order is reserved with a $100 refundable deposit charged at checkout. We invoice the balance before shipping and ship once it is paid, as described in our refunds and shipping policy. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product cannot be supplied or a price was listed in error.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, shipping and any duties are shown before you pay.

Using the product
Nowhere products are training tools. They are not medical devices and are not meant to diagnose, treat or prevent any injury or condition. Check with a doctor or physiotherapist before starting a training or rehabilitation programme.
Warranty
If a product is faulty when it arrives, we will replace or refund it as set out in the refunds and shipping policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.
