This policy explains what personal information Mowear Inc. ("we", "us"), which sells products under the Nowhere brand, collects through this website and when you order from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us by email, such as your name, email address and message.
• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought.
• Payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout and handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, answer your questions, send you updates about your order, and, if you joined our waitlist, tell you when pre-orders or products are available. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, our shipping carriers to deliver your order, and our email and hosting providers. Each of them may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Motion data from the product

Data recorded by Nowhere garments and the Nowhere app is covered by the app's own privacy terms, which you will see before you use the app.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept while it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, and deleted after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing hello@nowhere.fit. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, and we will honour them.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
